A: a ratio can be part to part, or part to whole. for example, Freddy has 4 base ball cards, and John has 5, what is the part to part ratio? 4:5 or 5:4

A.)A ratio can be part to part or part to whole; it can also be written with a 'to', ':' or a '/' in a fraction; examples: four to five, 4:5 and 4/5
